Evidence before scope
We inspect the website, search presence, market and customer route before prescribing a campaign.
Our working standard / six commitments
What was done, why did it matter, and what happens next?
Because almost every trades business we speak to has been let down by an SEO provider at least once, and the pattern is consistent. Work was invoiced monthly. What that work consisted of was never quite clear. Reports arrived that answered no question anybody had asked. When results did not come, the explanation was that search takes time, which is true and also unfalsifiable.
The commitments below are not marketing. They are the specific things that were missing in those arrangements, written down so you can hold us to them. Every one of them is checkable, which is the only property that matters in a commitment.
That you do not need us, if you do not. A business turning work away should raise its prices before buying enquiries, and we would rather say so on a twenty-minute call than take a month’s money finding out together.
That your existing website is fine, when it is. The price is the same whether we work on your current site or build a new one, so there is no version of this where we profit from talking you into a rebuild you do not need.
That a month went badly, when it did. Search moves, competitors act, and some things we try will not work. A provider whose numbers only ever improve is showing you the wrong numbers.
We do not guarantee rankings, because nobody controls the ranking systems and a guarantee is a sales device rather than a commitment anyone can honour. We do not buy links. We do not publish invented case studies, testimonials or traffic figures, which is why you will not find any on this site. And where a value has not been measured, it is shown as unmeasured rather than as a zero.
These commitments apply to strategy, pages, reporting and advice.
We inspect the website, search presence, market and customer route before prescribing a campaign.
A page should answer, compare, explain or help a customer act. More URLs alone are not progress.
No invented rankings, reviews, customer stories, locations, awards or guaranteed results.
Completed actions, reasons and next priorities should be visible without a forty-page report.
Relevant visibility and qualified enquiry signals matter more than a large, unrelated traffic number.
Location strategy reflects where the business genuinely works, without copied town doorway pages.
We will show you the useful gaps without inventing a forecast.
